Fees

 

For all funding requirements we work on a ‘no success, no fee’ basis. If we can’t raise the finance that you’re happy with, we won’t charge you for the time that we spend on your proposal. Because of this we are highly selective before formally engaging with a client. We only choose to work on funding requests for which we feel confident that we can add value.

 

Our fees are split into two:-

  1. A success fee, payable when you choose to sign and accept in writing a formal credit backed offer letter arranged through us on your behalf.
  2. A completion fee, payable upon first draw-down of the facility. If the chosen lender pays us an introductory fee we fully disclose this and will offset this payment accordingly.

For funding requirements between £1m and £3m, our total fee charge is 1% of the loan quantum arranged, split equally between the success fee and the completion fee.

 

For funding requirements above £3m, fees are individually tailored depending on the complexity of the client’s requirements. Our fees are always agreed upfront with a formal signed fee agreement being required before lenders are approached.
